Boris kindly tells me in November '08 that new lows in '08 were low probability and we should be going higher, however, for '09 YBR worries him as it thinks possibility of new lows is there. REgardless, the rally thereafer, should be strong...very strong.

My scenario remains in place as well. I like Japan '98 where they lowered effective rates to ZERO as did US in 2008. Japan shot up 20% (US up 27%), then retested within 3% of lows 1 1/2 months later, then rallied 68%. Timing wise, we remain in perfect harmony as this re-test is taking place.
Dear boris Have you ever seen a formation like this week of tradeing? I can not think of any. It must be importent since it is so rare.Have a nice weekend ,thanks for youe help.
