What is with Israeli Shekel

There is an almost insurmountable WALL at 3.16, which I thought would be reached on last move, but it chose not to and decline(rise) and now we are back down here again at 3.22.If, somehow that was ever broken the next cluster stands at 2.92 and if this gives the way the next levels are 2.65 and 2.50.I think that BOIsrael is negligent in this case and Israeli people will pay the price.They do nothing to stop speculators and this is not a currency that anybody seriously wants to have or trade. So, the speculation can be stopped internally, but it is not done, I Guess BOI wants to buy Dollars even cheaper(:- ( they must assume there still lot of it under the mattress and the LUXURY apartments still need to be payed by foreigners in need to trade EUROS and DOLLARS into SHEKEL).Well, There goes the generation of COMPUTER specialists that will never find the jobs in ISRAEL again(at least the jobs at foreign companies that wanted Israeli computer know how, but not at 3Shekels/Dollar, Dear INDIA take over please...)( IRELAND ANYONE?). In any case. Our numbers will eventually do the job and you have the numbers.
