Market is searching for a bottom in the upper 800 area of SPX. We need to be alert as short term traders and trail the stops. Asset allocators should look at their asset picture and add if underinvested and subtract if overinvsted.

Close to some sort of a temporary bottom around mid to high 800s

Market is close to registering the temporary, at least, bottom in the mid to high 800 are for SPX and around 8000 in DOW.

PCratio has done its job upto now, it has caused the market decline almst 6 % from the top, but it remains to see if it persists pushing the market lower.

Here is another nice example of the ability to read asset graphs. Look at that Buy indication generated on Q's in late November. A lot of people are at loss remembering that Q's have rallied for over 6 months now!

Keep the UNG longs, Keep the UNG/USO spread long and Keep TLT long. Take some profits and let the rest run. I believe there is quite a potential in UNG and UNG/USO spread, but we did get the huge runs in last 3 days and you know, I like taking profits.
