It is a good Idea to deploy about 15% of your capital the following way.
5% in Banks C/WFC, 5% in Electric/GAS Utilities TEG/GAS, 5% in Development Companies ACAS/GLAD, These all YIELD north of 3.5 - 10 %, which is great. If they come lower you will buy more. There is a risk of stocks going down, but the Money will be flowing in like water and the stocks will come back.
End Yes, Some of you that did not buy DHI/LEN builder may want to do it now only 5% for this group. If you do so, then make sure that you allocate about 4% for each of the four groups. Now, this is not as SEXY as shorting QQQQ at the top, but collect the money and look for SEXINESS somewhere else(: :)

Yes it does, I found it easier to concentrate, known names, but that should not detract at all from the wortheness of the bank for this analysis. Yeild is nice and company is stable with a good future. No problem...

MLPs were down over 8% today, KMP bounced from support near a longterm upchannel.
Could you take a look at these?
(KMP, EPD, and the index AMZ)
I'm afraid they're going much lower, though probably not immediately.
XOM bounced from 80, that might hold & we get an oil stock rally.
If not, XOM may go to 69 - but is bullish from there.
