Dear Rent, Welcome Back, yes I agree that CCJ can be sold against it's last high 47.50 as 46.56 is my first yearly high projection and the second is 49.47. On the downside 31.26 is a long way off yearly low, may god be willing for you to get that much out of it. Yes, think of it as a short term and then trail the stop. Who knows how far can it go. Dear Lagscrew, we try our best to help investors. We may not have all the answers, but we have honest good answers, which should keep people out of trouble and not lose, while they learn. You should look for the market move lower continue, until we will see the Buy pressure increase and for now that is not in sight. On the other hand, must keep close stops ( like todyas high), DO NOT OVERTRADE, and follow wherever market goes.

Dear Lagscrew, this group is in the stratosphere... Can the trees gow to to the sky... perhaps, but from a purely technical point of view they have all hit first, mostly second and some third level yearly resistances. Now... when we see this kind of a group we get very defensive on them. What does that mean? if long we get stops closer. I neutral we attempt to short these at or near these yearly resistance points. So let me give you the levels for the names you are watching.
URRE 11.10 ( third level) hit 9.50
URZ 8.31 ( third level) hit 7.27
FRG 16.11 ( seond level) hit 15.00
They have all retraced from the highs and are now resting on the first and second yearly high projections. I myself would only short these if I could see them near those resistance levels and many other short term indicators indicated the reversal ( MACD / RSI etc. ).

Any ideas?
