Where is the pressure?

Dear Readers, Ironically enough, in this configuration we need a strong move up by market so that it can create the Sell Pressure. Market is not generating it, yet it is moving up. That is what it is called a stealth market. It wants to eat your money slowly, you being unsuspected. So do not allow it to do so. Just stay out or do gorilla shorts until market generates the Sell Pressure. That, of course , goes well with our understanding the bullish sentiment needs to build up and the cycles have time to play the upside. So, not much change from where we were yesterday, but a slow progress to the tipping point in May. Nothing new on ENERGY and METALS either, except think about their cowardliness in the face of $ dollar being destroyed. Perhaps they know the same thing you and I know... Currencies are about to turn! Interest rates as before sideways for a bit more and higher in June, but very much bracketed with week eco and week $. Good Trading

Dear Boris, Early this morning was awesome for EUR/JPY. You think trend will reverse soon?

Dear Aaaaaaum, My take on this is that YEN will keep attempting to wrestle the EURO as well as $ Dollar till mid May, then it will give up and roll lower. So, that the mice of the carry-trade ( speculators ) keep playing. So, expect some YEN stength to appear sometime within next 3-7 days into MAY for the last attempt for a while. Good Trading.

Boris,
sorry, I didn't understand your explanation. You think YEN will give up starting from mid May. But starting with mid May stock markets will go lower. Do you think carry trades will continue when the stocks go down? Thanks

Dear Curaki, no, I do not think YEN will fo up from MID MAY. It will go up into MID MAY and then decline and YES stocks may decline at the same time, even as the carry-trader remains largely in place ( Lower Yen Too ). In fact, carry-trade better remain in place, or the whole world will go to hell very fast instead of just slowing down. Good Trading Dear Curaki.
