10:06 ET, Euro and GBP are hitting resistances around 2nd and 1st AP correspondingly
10:27 ET, OIL passed fourth, going for fifth, just hit the 5th 10:28 ET
10:30 ET, AUD at third supporting so far
10:33 ET EURO testing the upper second again
INVESTORS SHOULD NOT GET TOO EXCITED, just watch the GRASS GROW(:- no more than 40% to be invested at this time. My own investment stands at 25%
10:37 ET, OIL is killing the 5th, metals are recovering a bit. Very short term metals traders would do well to take nice profits.
10:47 ET, JP(WHY)(:- is supporting stocks by going lower

11:22 ET, SPX at low first and JPY at low second
11:37 ET, JPY came down to 4th support AP and sprung back up, so far.
11:48 ET, JPY hits fifth low SPX 4th low, this could be bottom if SPX low is not broken at ( look at SPX 4th lows)
12:22 ET, Traders pushed JP a bit far from the fifth today, but could scare me( it is almost obligatory that the lows of the kind of Friday will be retested). I took longs around 101.50 and trailing as the JPY gets to the 3rd below. (took profits 12:35 ET).
12:35 ET, Market is likely to retest the January lows around 1250 or even slightly lower by Wednsday by tomorrow
14:26 ET, SPX just supported on fifth, pay attention, everybody.

YOu will see that just about here before the end of March and Begining of April the SHEKEL is supposed to get stronger... Hallelujah!

Agree with your advice for short-termers to cash out on Gold.
There will be better entry points that now in my humble opinion.
Also, we could see another 'washout' spike to the downside like the last time- could be intraday just like the last time- before the market follows the MDS (note: market FOLLOWS MDS =D )back up for another temporary counter-trend rally.

I obviously don't know Spitzer but he stepped on some Sopitalist toes. The money men found his weakness, set him up and dropped a dime to the G.
G had an attorney who was upwardly mobile, took the case and now has a nice trophy. That is how it is done.

I always thought of it like this....when I was working and on a very nice expense account I experienced some expensive things (not telling), however, the experience gave me knowledge about 'Marginal Utility' IN a nut shell, if having a $100 prostitute or $5k prostitute, the marginal utility goes down after the initial consumption ! I'm sure Spitzer now wishes his marginal utility would have been that of a self imposed HJ.

Last comment about Spitzer: a criminal ( not terrorist wiretap is very time consuming, labor intensive, need loads of manpower and is usually used for big time drug dealers, serial murders, conspiracy cases ( like mortgage fraud) and the like. It is very , very expensive for the agency involved. To pick out a call girl ring and use this tool, when there are big dope dealers, terrorists, and some very good targets to spend all of that manpower on, makes me wonder.
