$ stronger last hour

Dear Readers, Especially $ is stronger against the carry-trade currencies CHF and JPY. Do we see the frail nerves of carry-traders ( which is everybody speculating on Wall Street these days) soothed for a while? I believe this is within the context of $ topping before a drop into 23/5. Nothing changed except exact timing of the decline. Now, I could be wrong and wrong big way, but at this point I do not see it.

Dear Boris.....I really love your work, however, I see a mans work that has been prescient for a long time. His work accounts for liquidity (massive) cycles which are direct result of interest rate cycles. I would love to see you comment on his work ? He calls for continued MELT-UP into November......thereafter, he thinks we are likely to see largest bear market EVER.

Dear R K, I do not know exact genesis of this man's work, so I am not going to comment on it's viability. Nov, perhaps is as likely to be the top as this early 2007 months. For us what is important is that in "real terms" we think the top is made before the mid 2007. Can real/absolute top be made in Nov? definitely possible. I would like to reapeate that our goal is not to catch the top, but to catch the top area. Within REAL 5% of price and 3-6 months time. That is good enough, cause we do not consider ourselves the researchers of the market. We are the traders and we have many tools to trade the market. Frankly we do not have to predict, but it is fun...

Hi Boris,

Do you have limits + thoughts for the Canadian $? Seems to have been very strong as of late.

Kind Regards,

Damien

As mentioned before very strong so dont want to jump in front of the freight train as such, but cant help but think its getting a bit overdone at the moment. Will continue to look for a top into 23/5.

Dear Damien, I think CAD has topped already. The top of 23/5 may be a secondary top that is lower than the top we have already seen. It is more of a timing instrument ( I.E. when to try sell again ), rather than price top date. So, let us hope we get this second chance. Frankly, this is trying to fine tune, what is a very important event, and it may not turn out exactly as we want even though it may have already turned out as we want. Price time forecasting is not a science as you well know, so we have to be good traders to time exact turns. Some people are just not choosy and they take the top area, rather than wait for an exact top days.
Good Trading Dear Damien.
