I think we have seen the low and have positioned myself accordingly. 30% short long term treasury's and 60% long stocks. Will probably add to my holdings over next few days as well.
1133 will probably be the low but a retest of that area wouldn't be a surprise. we just squeezed out every short with this 100 point rally on the ES today...
I doubt we will see a retest soon. Nice long candlestick tail combined with positive momentum divergence should make this at least a medium turn bottom. Also todays decline to new lows wasn't confirmed by treasury's. Bond market can tell you a lot if you pay attention.

Dear Damien, ANF has a powerful support around 42.50 that overshot, but is now above it. Just below that is another support zone 35-38 including 62% FIBO and APs. If these were not hold then one is looking at 28 area and next... never mind. Around 50 Was a very initial support that was broken down hard. The stock is now at 44.xx
at expected PEG of 0.65 for five years , either somebody does not "expect" too well or it is FRIKIN bargain. That I can not tell you as that is as far as I ever go into funimentals(:-

Good News_ Wife and I are going to last regular season Cubs game Sunday. Should have clinched playoffs by then.
I think the consensus is that the crisis is over for a few days...
If I remember correctly Boris's long term projection is not a deflationary collapse but a muddle through for the next year or two then an inflationary depression into 2010-2012. May have changed as that was a few years ago.
Its interesting that most people prefer the certainty of classical physics i.e. they ask for a future price projection. Whereas in quantum physics the value should be given in terms of a probability distribution. So I ask how can you be sure of 1414? What probability do you ascribe to that value?

I really do not know, just a wild guess. Based on patterns though. If what I am watching is a good projection than I should be within +-5% from there
