I am thinking that if the QQQQ can not make new lows in the next two days, the marked will go up into election. Probably with some humps the next 3 weeks.

Could be right, I am not sure I can support that notion with something tangible, but We do have some signals converging into possibility of a rally. Price action so far though is not putting us into bullish section(:-
When it does, we can/should follow. In conflict with all of this is YBR of course. But YBR does not insist the low coming should be lower than previous so, who knows.

as far as capital I dont want to get to leveraged and seem to have plenty $$ now for my lifestyle.

Hi all, sounds like congress is putting up a fight as far as handing the key to the treasury over to paulson. They might have a backbone afterall. My take that is what the mkt is looking at that congress will not approve this today or this week. The market will force there hand by selling off big time. Just my humble opinion. waldo.

a prop firm is leveraging someone else's money. There are various compensation structures out there, but it involves a % of the profits in exchange for trading through them. Execution costs < .01/share, and should be closer to .oo5/share.
Do some investigation, it's up your alley...even if you don't know it yet...That's what friends are for!

There is a seasonal trend from
an early Sept. low to a high in late Oct.as winter stocking piling
begins.However,seasonal pop from mid July to mid-Aug. did not work this year.
I'm afraid the gas eminating from Congress might also prevent this next sesonal, so I put my stops in.

I'm not sure that 700 billion will even bail us out of this mess.
The Credit Default Swap market is over 57 Trillion dollar market.
And Paulson knows this,,,why else put this clause in the agreement,,,Section 8 of bailout reads--
"Decisions by the Secretary pursuant to the authority of this Act are non-reviewable and committed to agency discretion, and may not be reviewed by any court of law or any administrative agency."
By the way,,,a good report written for "Congress is the CRS Report for Congress" It gives a good description of this derivative market which very well take everything down
