John, I remember (a while ago) when you were selling your house said there were several others for sale on your street. And noone was buying. Well, it is starting to happen here (in Canada), there are several houses in our neighbourhood for sale, only one sold (a couple of months ago) none since. Some took their for sale signs down after a while. Canada is following (about a year behind).
I am very happy to see John is moving. Dear John, I wish you a lot of sunny days in Phoenix (am I right?)!
Boris, regarding patterns: shorting this market we have high probability to profit at least small gains (in SPX points). Is this a good interpretation.
Dear Ivan, You are right, It is highly probable that we will have a reaction down , sooner or later, but remember if this is like a beginning of the bull run, we may easily hit 960 before we retranch.
Hi Boris and all, I live in vanocuver (western) canada and work in consulting engineering for industry. my last job servived motly for the local oil industry. my new one is more international and more diversified. I'm currently working on a gold mine in a developing nation. Up until a little while ago there was a shortage of engineers here and one could almost choose where you wanted to work. As for local real estate, it is just off of it's peak (summer 07). got to get ready for work, will be thinking of you all. cheers
