For 2021 Spring/Summer season, Ewsca-Cashmere bring you the Recycled Cashmere collection.

Now the environmental protection has been takenmore and more attention globally, and the concept of sustainable development alsohas influence on the textile industry, thus, the recycled cashmere derived.

Recycled cashmere is actually the recyclingand reutilization of cashmere fibers, and which are divided into:
1. Pre-consumer, this includes the fiberwastes generated during spinning process, and then recycles and remakes intoyarns.
2. Post-consumer, this is to recycle thefinished sweaters and reuse.

In order to reduce and eliminated the harmcaused by its production, and let retailers and consumers understand which partsof a specific product are made of recycled materials, our company has developedthe blends of recycled cashmere with regular cashmere and wool fibers so thatwe can achieve the balance on quality and performance.

Recycled cashmere is not having the price lowerthan regular cashmere because recycle is not equal to cheap. On the contrary,recycled cashmere or wool is more difficult to handle during spinning processcomparing new cashmere or wool, which needs higher requirements on the spinningworkmanship to reach the proper yield.
