Well Dear Boris, B-berg wants us to be cognizant of the fact that Greek bonds aren't that expensive, offering some 6.5% on their 10 year today, because when you consider other benchmark issues like Venezuelan 10 year bonds which are over 11%, they're awfully cheap :-)
Update
MarketReport
Hi Xerxes,
A bond yielding 11% is less expensive than one yielding 6.5%.
Greek bonds ARE expensive relative to Venezuelan ones.
Good trading.

Thank you Dear Bert for correcting me :-)
Dear Xerxes,
It's all good.
I was actually trying to point out that Bloomberg was, once again, talking before thinking.
I did not assume that the error was yours.
All the best.

Thanks Very Dear Friend John
Dear Bert .... Please excuse my tardy reply ... B-berg was talking about expensive/cheap from the point of view of the sovereign issuer, not from the point of view of the buyers of the debt .... Instead of comparing Greece's 6+% to Germany's 3+%, they chose Veny's 11+% ... I thought the attempt to spin the disaster was comical ....
Dear Xerxes,
That IS funny.
Thanks.
Bert
Dear Boris,

Good Morning Dear Boris .... EURUSD rallied 300 pips in 24 hours then regurgitated 150 pips the next day ... We're back to the prices of February 5th ....
B-berg just reported that some Greek bigwig says that they're done with austerity measures .... Maybe he said that because Madonna was interested in buying one of the 3000 islands they have which supposedly carry a 300 million USD price tag ... If they sell them all, they can eliminate their debt and still have a few drachmas left over to party a bit :-)
WOW!
Dear Xerxes
This is our chance to buy peace of GREECE!
What are we waiting for
Let's get on our boats and claim one of those islands for 10000 Dollars(:-

Welcome Dear Xerxes
With help of Google translator:
Hedge funds are expecting a normal recovery
At least if one evaluates the position of rotation within the U.S. hedge fund portfolios, one must come to this opinion. In the latest edition of the Goldman Sachs Hedge Funds Monitor shows that hedge funds in the 4th quarter of 2009 have sold the IT sector and bought Industrials.
According to the sector rotation model from Morgan Stanley, this is the classic rotation, when the market is increasingly preparing for a recovery in the labor market and interest rate increases.

Dear Ivan, Has a seasonal tendency of being weaker in Winter.
So, that is a known rotation, at least, the part of out of tech
Good Trading and Thanks for nice post Dear Ivan

B-berg said that American workers make 22.40 USD/Hour Dear Boris which is about 16.50 euros/hour .... That would be quite a princely sum on the shores of the Mediterranean Dear Boris and the poor Greeks are being forced to take pay cuts .... Wonder how those Americans can compete with Mr. Shanghai Chen who works for couple a day :-)
