Goldman just stated that the smart money should go long EURUSD now, targeting 1.45 in next 90 days ... This entire USD move is overdone they say as US growth will 'disappoint' ...
Is this the reason for the surge ion EURUSD Dear Boris, or just noise:
The eurozone has agreed a multibillion-euro bailout for Greece as part of a package to shore up the single currency after weeks of crisis, the Guardian has learnt. Senior sources in Brussels said that Berlin had bowed to the bailout agreement despite huge resistance in Germany and that the finance ministers of the "eurozone" – the 16 member states including Greece who use the euro – are to finalise the rescue package on Monday. The single currency's rulebook will also be rewritten to enforce greater fiscal discipline among members.
* The member states have agreed on "co-ordinated bilateral contributions" in the form of loans or loan guarantees to Greece if Athens finds itself unable to refinance its soaring debt and requests help from the EU, a senior European commission official said. * Other sources said the aid could rise to €25bn (£22.6bn), although it is estimated in European capitals that Greece could need up to €55bn by the end of the year. * Germany, the EU's traditional paymaster, but the most reluctant to come to the rescue of a fiscal delinquent in the current crisis, has played the pivotal role in organising the rescue package, the sources added. * "It will be a co-ordinated approach of bilateral contributions (between EU governments) … A bilateral contribution can be a loan or a loan guarantee. The guarantees will facilitate the kind of funds potentially needed in this context." * "The Greek case is a potential turning point for the eurozone," said Rehn in the interview. "If Greece fails and we fail, this will do serious and maybe permanent damage to the credibility of the European Union. The euro is not only a monetary arrangement, but a core political project of the European Union … In that sense, we are at a crossroads."
I had interesting info come my way it relates to the XLF being up 9 days in a row. Well, that supposedly only happened twice in the past 1995 and 1997 Early december(6 and 8) in both cases markets and financials had 3-5% loss over 2 weeks or so period. (source Bespoke Investment Group)
Now, I went to see for proxy the JPM to 1970 and ran my trusted programs(:- to do the comparison
There were almost no cases of 9,only one and that continued higher much longer.
When testing for 8 consecutive days I came with many cases and they have all (7-8 of cases) indicate the same kind of a decline as XLF( does not have that much history).
Ok, only one case over 8 days straight market has made up higher grounds ( barely giving the chance for a potential seller to get out with a small/no loss, if he/she was alert).
All other cases the market has lost 3-5% over next couple weeks or so.
Dear Subscribers Please note, the oscillators_net3.xls files display only green and pink oscillators and they are not inverted like in the file oscillators_net2.xls. Only two remains to be converted, uraniums and pipelines graphs. The oscillators in this new file are lined up high with high and low with low. No longer the oscillator and security/asset are to look mirror image. They are to look approximately the same. With(hopefully) some predictive info in the oscillator( tops earlier and bottoms earlier then asset). Please pay attention to this change

Nothing is changed in our outline for today.
Market tried to reach the bottom of the area and even that it was not able to do it.
Well, just need to keep with it that is all.
Now, I had a small gain and caused considerable damage to the enemies.
Which is the fact I like most.
I like to see my enemies LOSE
I want their intellectual capital even more than I want their MONEY CAPITAL.
That is what will cause them to lose confidence and once they lose confidence they start losing even more capital(:-
