Thanks for the MDS status, Boris. A signal that I watch for determining short-term tops (equal or lower prices within a week of firing) also went off on Weds. It's worked throughout this bear market, but I've been extra cautious this time because of the "missing the bottom" phenomenon that might bring cash from the sidelines. Many whom I've talked to want to put in 401k buy orders if we ever fall to 700 or below again!
Hope you're having a relaxing weekend. What happened to the biz site, anyway? It must be a little quieter at least!

"Swiss Franc Drops by Record in Week Versus Euro on Intervention

March 13 (Bloomberg) -- The Swiss franc posted its biggest weekly decline against the euro since 1999 after the country’s central bank sold the currency to halt a 7.6 percent appreciation in the past six months.
The franc was also near the lowest level versus the dollar in three months after the Swiss National Bank’s first solo intervention in foreign-exchange markets since 1992. The SNB also said yesterday it will buy corporate bonds as it cut the benchmark three-month Libor target rate to 0.25 percent from 0.5 percent to revive the economy.
“The franc has hit a brick wall,” said Martin McMahon, a currency strategist in Zurich at Credit Suisse Group AG. “The SNB action clearly took the currency markets by surprise and its appreciation trend is now over.”

Thanks for your comments, I appreciate you sharing with us , whatever other signal you follow and its status. You know, we rely on confluence and not one one signal from one system, no mattter how profitable.
And supplement it with trailing stops.
I guess we do not know any better.
But it seems to work like charm every time is not it(:-

Did you notice the upside Tasuki gap on the EURUSD daily this morning, on the daily with forex-markets.com? It is a bullish continuation pattern...It always seems to deliver, just like a good,,,,Well, you can fill it in :-)
Today's action has me bullish on $/franc Dear Boris...I'm encouraged by your distribution call for equities...The sticks look troublesome for the buck/franc with a harami/star formation but I like the trend... But I hedged with a buy-stop on EurUsd at 1.3072, as I often make mistakes :-) But things could change in 15 minutes :-)
