Dear Waldo, I have not been much of the short player in the stock market. My approach has been the ASSET ALLOCATIOn and that almost by definition means buying when the market is low or moving money into something else if the mareket seems high ( like cash, or GOLD bonds etc).
I am not going to play short here either. I wish those that do good luck. I mean it.
And of course, that means that they will make money. All the better for them.
I stick to what works for me/us and that is good. Catch the lows and sell gradually and repeate that all along.

Market is like a teenager, you can tell them to come home any time you like, but , altimately they will decided when to come home. Same the market, You can tell them to go down/up/sideways, but the best thing is to just know wherne and when it COULD go and monitor very attentively what is going on.
