Dear Readers The National SOPITALIST Casino will soon be closed for today and the Wall Street ( WELFARE STATE ) will go to burbs to count money they screwed ordinary citizens out of. We did not trade today... waiting for a shorting opportunity. The market today, though has demonstrated the sort of a strength that was not expected. That is the reason, I try not to trade around "FED time". That is when the markets are most manipulated and no "logical" system can fight the monopoly money. If anything the shorts are very dangerous around times like this. If I was to take shorts around these times, my stops will be tighter than usual and we are world famous for tightest stops to begin with. Good luck though, to everybody taking short or long positions today. For those short, I would not worry too much if the position is small.
Biggest reason for us holding here is that YellowBrickRaod is not cresting until the week number 2 of DEC. How did it know FED meeting is next week I do not know...

Dear Readers. Signal Status is 5 digit number of the type 1,1,0,0,1 where 1(BUY) and 0(SELL) signals relate to the 5 timeframes of WEEK/DAY/60M/15M/5M. This way the signal is a multidimentional entity. x in place of 0 or 1 means the particular signal is not relevant for our discussion, even though it has a value(1 or 0). Please note for Japanese YEN 1 means sell, cause the YEN is quoted in inverse. Note, for short term traders the hourly (middle ) signal is the most dominant signal. While markets can go against this signal that cannot and will not last too long. These are powerful signals. Of, course even with 1,1,1,1,1 the market can go down. No guarantees here, but again for short term trader if you see picture of x,x,1,1,1 or x,x,1,0,1 or x,x,1,1,0 you should be relatively safe to buy this market , using limits and other info, of course.
13:03 ET, Stock market ES futures is now hitting the 5th resistance at 1498! It is not the greatest sign that SPX is leading not Nasdaq?

14:25 ET, Another Assault on the 1498 level by ES futures is/has failed? Could be, unfortunately though the trend does not seem to be exhausted on the 5 min chart.
14:38 ET, We have now reached the exhaustion on 5 and 15 min charts and 15 and 5 min signals just flipped into sell making the current SPX status x,x,0,0,0

08:25 ET, EUR status 0,0,1,1,1 Going higher after struggling before European rate decision announcment(ECB unch, GB reduced 5.5%)
08:57 ET, EUR status 0,0,1,1,1 surging almost 50 points in 20 min

09:32 ET, EUR status 0,0,1,1,0 completes a 80 point turnaround, from lows, that is how powerful the hourly signals are... you can only distort them so long

I know a new reader may wonder, why do I have this sentence in this section all the time. Well, today the Orange County CA, has found to have lot of toxic kind of MBS backed securities, like Florida. So, do you want more proof that DEGENERATES and CROOKS are managing money all over the world? Do you need more proof that these people invested over 1 Billion Dollars of state money in worthless paper. Now as I say they are either complete morons or they are completely corrupted on their own and by Wall Street ( Welfare State) which will sell anything to make money. This reminds me the situation in the Computer world, where another set of DEGENERATES manage the computer systems and they need 300 different products to manage what needs to be managed by one or no product and just smart scripting, instead they will buy 10 different GUI(Graphical User Interface) programs output of which is 10 miles above the real events in the computer and totally clueless GUI suckers think they can understand what is really going on in the complex network, while in reality they are getting the (mis)information overload and slower computer to run all that worthless software. Management, of course, thinks "what can go wrong? we have safety of all this sofware helping us and the people who know how to read them". BOOOOOL. This creates the situation where there is nobody that is really able to look deep into the dungeons and understand what is going on...Exactly the same is going on with the Money managers today. Magnify this process though cause most of money managers deal with OPM and as long as they can get their couple millions for 1-2 years, they could care less about the status of the money after that and Government and middlemen are so incentivized to keep the charade/CASINO going... Well now you have some glimpse into how the DOT.COM exploded and how the DOT.FIN is exploding. Crooks on all sides and DEGENERATES in power to make decisions over OPM (other peoples money) helped by (mis)information media, which is another set of DEGENERATES and CROOKS who will do and say anything to put the bread on the table. Remember though all these CROOKS know that nothing will happen to them and FED may in fact save them by THROWING MONEY FROM THE HELICOPTER and destroying the purchasing power of SENIOR SAVERS in USA. This is how your "FREE" SOPITALISM operates.

$US Dollar so far is displaying an unusual strength even in the face of very overbought conditions. Cyclically this strength is expected, but anything beyond here in time and price will be out of the realm of my expectation.

10:53 ET, YEN status 1,1,1,0,0 these flips of 5/15 minutes are not still able to overpower the hourly(60min) 3rd bit being up. Upshot the YEN quotes keep moving higher and Prices lower, which in turn are leading the stock market higher

YEN status 1,1,0,0,0 We could be done with the decline YEN prices and rise in stock Markets ( note Hourly signal flip has inertia and may take time, but flipping of hourly bit in the status is telling us that very soon the YEN heading higher in price and stocks market could be done rising soon)
13:52 ET, Just flipped the 5 min timer, YEN status 1,1,0,0,1 not much of a change, but we could get YEN go lower in price for few minutes perhaps

14:47 ET, EURO status 0,0,0,1,0, the hourly flip came last night and hit the EURO pretty hard. Any rally though could flip this one back up. The same story here: longer term picture is SELL EURO, but short term I expect the last run up.

Dear Readers, while still on the sell signal, now confirmed with the summation graph ( BLUE oscillator above +2). Other things indicate a tiring short trade. I see, there are too many earlybreakers at this point, which could take 1-4 days to "distribute". So, while not advocating abandoning shorts I think you should protect your gains on them and not let it turn into loss.

06:37 ET, YEN bit status 1,1,1,0,1 Still looks like the hourly signal is pressuring YEN quote higher and price lower, which is still reflected in the stock futures.
