Dear Readers, market staged the strong move up on a huge volume. By no means though it is out of the woods, it remains to see if it can follow up on that action. Meanwhile the PCratios is not getting much frrendlier for bulls, but it could go sideways and not interrupt the rally either.

Dear Boris...Your PCratio is pointing down...I thought that was bullish

You are correct, as a trend follower, you are wrong as an oscillator trader( contrarian trader).
I.E. not only the direction is important(trend), but the Absolute value is also important( Contrarian, Oscillator Approach).

Dear Alex...You're correct...Her Majesty is calling the shots now :-)

Dear Xerxes,Alex
Correct,
There are two strong connections with BRUTISH POUND

1) OIl
2) Financials

Both, so fare seem to support it,
but we are getting close.
I doubt 1.61 can be bettered at this time by BRUTISH.

But this statment is not for NEOPITHES, Only by testing the market do you know if it happens or not.

If you do not know how to test the markets, then now a word here is for you.

“I am 100 percent sure that the U.S. will go into hyperinflation,” Faber said. “The problem with government debt growing so much is that when the time will come and the Fed should increase interest rates, they will be very reluctant to do so and so inflation will start to accelerate.”

Dear Boris r we goin to 850 next or 940???

If I could, definitely anaswer that question, on a day by day bases Dear Xerxes, I would not have suggested alternateve for over year now.

One/including you could have made 9% in KMP and 25% Capital gains, 9% in FAX and 75% capital gains, Same in GIM etc...

You see what happens to those that think they know where market is going, especailly day by day.
they have to ask questions that, frankly nobody can answer(:-

Dear Boris....If you knew the answer to my questions, I suspect that you would be hobnobbing with the Oracle of Omaha and not talking to me :-)

boris said...

Dear Xerxes
Not every question needs to be asked, especially after the answer is clear. NOBODY ( even market itself) knows which direction it will take over a given period of time. One can make educated Guess and then test market if that is correct.

Until trader understands this simple truth nothing will work.

Dear Boris, with his bank balance, does it really matter if he knows anything at all, aside from counting :-)

Dear Xerxes,
To my best knowlege there is no firm scientific study anywhere that shows direct connection between the size of bank account and size of other vital parts of the account owners ( such as Brains and ... ETc).

Dear Boris has told you about coming dollar rally.......now is the time to pay attention. No One believes in dollar rally, not even Ben Bernanke. Ben has no choice at this point. Boris says so.

boris said...

Dear Dave,
Thanks,
I have never seen this kind of struggle, on any security.

Have you all noticed how many times SWISSY zig-zagged between 1.0820 and 1.0899.

UNBELIEVABLE, they needed a lot of confused buyers for their EUROS and SWISSIES so they raced up and down and up and down endlessly, to finish over 100 points up in EURO

Good Morning Dear Boris....USDX near 81 now...If it goes to 84 area or a bit higher, I wonder why they would work so frantically, as you suggested, to unload francs and euros. After all they just knocked it down over a dime in a short period....You don't need to answer :-)
