Good Luck Lasted till 14:00 ET

Dear Readers, Our call this morning given below was rally into 15:00 ET.
Sometime around 12:00 ET we warned that maybe the upside potential was all discounted already. Well, It turned out we made the broad high( double top) between 13:00 and 14:00 ET. Even at 15:00 ET the trade was profitable.
So, choke it to the good luck of the beginner. For now, but we could be onto something here!

I should have gone short... what an ugly night.

RIMM, AAPL, WM, bailout breaking down... No way to avoid a depression. Gov't action will determine how long it lasts:

1) Do nothing, market sorts itself out and clears the excesses fast. We crash, but we can claw out in two years.
2) Gov't keeps bailing out malinvestment. We stay in a depression for 10 years.

I hope it's #1. The country can survive. #2 kills us forever.

Blaine,

My guess, 4 years of hard times. Do not get too excited about the futures, all about the washington nonsense. If at 7 am someone announces a deal, fastest turnaround you ever saw. Just watch the APs and trade them if you are able. I do not know your work schedule. I am retired and day trade when I get a chance. I think Boris mentioned a general time for the high and he did say something else about the low for the futures I will have to look at the site again.

John,

You are right. Boris called the high and called the low tonight around midnight ET, I think.

I work full-time, but have full access to the market all day. Just depends how busy I am. Some days I can watch live and track the AP's, some days I can't...

Hey John, another thing, I live in L.A. and it looks like the Dodgers will be playing your Cubs next week... My uncle has two goats at his farm, I promise I won't take one to Dodger stadium! Good luck, I hope you pitch around Manny.

Blaine,
The Cubs are like the Government - one disappointment after another. Taking the wife up to milwaukee sunday for the game. Hopefully the Cubs will be playing another L.A> team- the Angels

As Boris would say-good trading
