Our checklist summary here is that the few things are still pointing down or look undone. There was no real volume capitulation on this move down. There is no exhaustion on PCratios. YBR is still pointing down/sideways. Vix never registered capitulation. On the other hand the Pressure/Asset charts have registered enough capitulation to count. And Prices are a natural support ( old lows) So, we have a mixed bag that makes the trade hard.
Evaporation of Gold mornings rally ( in complete harmony with our GOLDENPROJECTIONS) is a good sign for Dollar and temporarily, at least, for stocks.

Do you see any correlation between the Iclandic Krona and the SHEKEL?

I am not entirely familiar with Iclandic Krona,
I knwo the higher YIELDs have attracted people.
I do not chart that currency either. I do believe that no country, organisation or person can pay 14=15% for a long time on currency investment.
Please do not consider this as an advice of any sort, I just do not know enough about things Icalandic.
Now , as far as SHEKEL, I think 70% or more of the money flow in ISRAEL is Real Estate related. That was very strong as FRENCH/BRITISH and some AMERICAN were running around Israel 2 years ago to buy the appartments, as SHELTERS?
In any case, those contracts that have been written then are now coming to furition and the FOREIGNERS ( none Israely Jews mostly) must now deliver on those contracts if they are to be delivered their APARTMENTS...
That means they must buy SHEKELS and they did with abandon...
That is though in the decline and that is my simple, but very powerful reason, why SHEKEL is going to the trash heap where it was and belongs.

I do not know, but people are the same everywhere. The get big EYEYS when they see their neighbour doing something, so, I am sure many did the same thing there.

Signs of being in the crash area are,
1) Presense of the intermediate Pressure line ( Orange Solid) on pressure charts, being high. Push even higher from those situations is usually causing crash(et) or a real crash
2) No rally in the markets after several days (2-5) from the BUY signal. Usually the biggest crashes have occured after the day 1-2 though. So being that far out of the BUY signal indicates the big crash is , probabily not immediate.
Let us differentiate though the crash from really big crash.
Some crashes are just slow , deliberate and continueous. And that kind is stil possible, a slow grinding move lower. That is the worst kind to trade, as a short term trader, you just do not know when will it end.

And a good morning it is. Last Wed. at 6:30 p.m. I had suffered a heart attack. Next moring a stent was placed in my heart and Friday morning I went home...total time- 1 1/2 days. Amazing! Anyway feeling great and glad to be back.
Today was 49th day in gold and next possible 49/50 day cycle is this Wed/Thurs.
I have a very reliable weekly cycle on Brutish Pd that calls for a high this week or next. Next BOE meeting is July 10th. If we do top here my next turning point(low) is the week of Sept. 8th or 15th.
My strategy this week is to buy dips in gold and short Pound strength.(Gotta pay those med bills):-)
